50% Muscatel and 50% Macabeo.This young white wine is made working separately the varieties, in order to obtain a totally dry Muscatel, and with the Macabeo we stop the fermentation by refrigeration to preserve a natural sugar hint in the wine, which finally is less than Alc. 10% Vol. As a result we have a wine that been sweet according the law, it is super fresh and easy to drink.
Tasting Notes: Bruno describes it as “Incredible delicate and seductive in nose where the unmistakable perfume and fragrance from Muscatel join the stone fruit form the Viura. Once in mouth is risky light and fresh, inviting to repeat, with long and refreshing acidity that balance the addictive sweet hint. It is recommended to serve really cold, 9ºC”.
