Ulises Valsangiacomo, comes from a unique plot located in Fuenterrobles. Non irrigated, hand – picked grapes, sustainable viticulture. Fermented on its lees for two months in French oak barrels of 500L, batonage each day during the fermentation period.
Pale yellow colour with golden irisations. Bright and expressive with aromas of tropical fruit, smoky touches. Unctuous, creamy, with balanced acidity. Elegant with a pleasant end.
